Anneke has 25 years’ experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, focused on the global hotel industry. Until recently, Anneke was the General Manager of the multi-award-winning COMO The Treasury hotel and has held senior positions with Amanresorts International, based in South East Asia, and as Resort Manager at the iconic Longitude 131 resort at Uluru.  She is the Managing Director of Anneke Brown Consulting, specialising in hospitality and tourism projects. She is a founding member and current Chair of Women in Tourism & Hospitality WA (WITH WA), a current Board Member on the Rottnest Island Authority and a previous Commissioner on the Board of Tourism WA from July 2021 – June 2023.

As Director of Client Engagement, Tracey takes care of all client facing events and activations for Business Events Perth. With a wealth of industry knowledge spanning three decades, Tracey is well placed to showcase WA to our client base. Tracey spent the previous four years heading up Destination Perth, promoting WA as a desirable leisure destination but has returned to her first love business events, having previously worked for Business Events Perth for eleven years in the roles of Director Stakeholders Relations and Membership Manager.

 Tracey hails from Guernsey in the Channel Islands before migrating to Perth in 2004. In Guernsey, Tracey was Director of CMA Public Relations, where she headed up the events team.

After 10 years abroad managing Superyachts throughout many international destinations, including the Caribbean, United States and Europe, Paige returned to her hometown of Perth after realising how lucky she was to come from such a beautiful place in the world. This was the driving force towards a career tourism. 

Paige's journey commenced at Crown Perth running VIP events for 4 years on Superyacht Infinity, before bringing her background in hospitality and operations to the world of television production, on travel program Destination WA.

 Wanting to progress into the tourism sector Paige joined experiential travel specialist Walk in Luxury. But the salt water still flowed through Paige's veins, and in 2022 Paige joined the team at SeaLink Marine and Tourism Western Australia, to promote their portfolio of brilliant experiences as WA Sales and Marketing Manager.

Paige holds a postgraduate Master of International Tourism and Hotel Management degree and a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Public Relations.

Jai McNaughton is a dynamic Talent & Culture Manager based at Novotel Perth Murray Street, Accor's newest and largest hotel in Western Australia.  Her professional journey spans diverse sectors, including disability services and the food and agribusiness industry, crafting a narrative of versatile expertise. A specialist in culture transformation, strategic business planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational behaviour, Jai is the sought-after architect for fostering excellence in these domains.

Jai's passion, commitment, and unwavering drive are not only evident in her professional pursuits but also in her role as a mentor and developer of others. Her experience has seen her in leadership positions with Fraser Suites, Mirvac and Accor.

Kate's passionate about community; helping people and assisting others to live full fun adventurous lives.
She has two future plans/goals. Firstly to create work experience based programs to assist people to gain employment. Secondly to elevate the profile of working in the hospitality & tourism industry.
She's a professional company director and accountant with extensive business experience principally in the Hospitality, Hotel & Distillery industries always working closely with Tourism to enhance the visitor experience.
Kate started Sin Gin Distillery in 2016, her purpose is to help people have Good Times with Great Gin. Sin Gin is a vibrant and established gin distillery in the Swan Valley.
As a Perth hotel owner for 15 years she worked closely with industry associations, government, universities and technical colleges creating and growing training programs for hotel workers through work experience based courses. Through the programs run at The Murray Hotel 100s of people who had difficulty "getting an opportunity" have found employment, self-esteem and friends.
Kate's a board member for Not for Profit organisations and work closely with Chairs and Boards developing, implementing and evolving business strategies, contemporary corporate governance and risk management practices.
