Women in Tourism & Hospitality WA (WITH WA) was founded in 2019 by Margaret Wilson who's vision was to establish an association to support and assist women in the tourism and hospitality industry in Western Australia. Margaret bought together ten industry professionals to create WITH WA, a place where women can come together to network, connect, share opportunities and support one another.

WITH WA works to recognise the challenges and opportunities for women in the sector and advocates for greater balance. The WITH WA membership is diverse and represents women from all sectors of the tourism and hospitality industry, including in regional WA.

WITH_WA is run by a passionate Board of volunteers and is an incorporated not-for-profit association.
